Dr. Sam Sater is a physician-scientist, visionary entrepreneur, and the founder of Novorêx, HAS Consulting, and Dr. Sater Boutique Clinic. A board-certified hematologist-oncologist with over 15 years of experience at institutions like the NIH, Johns Hopkins, and the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Sater has dedicated his career to transforming how we heal, lead, and grow.

Driven by a deep belief that medicine must serve the whole human, not just the disease, Dr. Sater left traditional systems to build a new model of care and innovation rooted in emotional intelligence, belief science, and human-centered technology. Through his groundbreaking innovations like Limiting Beliefs Mapping (LBM) and the Novorêx Healing Frameworks, he is pioneering a future where healing becomes personal, performance becomes authentic, and AI becomes more humane.

Whether supporting a cancer patient through healing, guiding a founder through emotional clarity, or reimagining how organizations scale with soul, Dr. Sater’s mission remains the same: to help people know themselves, believe in their path, and live with power, purpose, and compassion.

A seasoned leader and management consultant with a decade of experience guiding organizations in healthcare, non-profits, and the corporate sector across Lebanon and the MENA region. She specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

Dr. Tawbeh holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and dual Master’s degrees in Healthcare Quality & Management and Education Leadership & Management. She is an internationally certified trainer in Leadership and Management (ISLESE University, UK), and an ICF-certified coach

Dr. Tawbeh has led strategic growth and operational excellence in both private and non-governmental sectors. Now, as General Manager, she directs business development, fosters key partnerships, and delivers impactful consulting solutions in healthcare.
